Monia created these video lessons following a method designed for women’s bodies, which she has developed and improved over the years by putting it into practice both on herself and on her clients, leading them to major transformations.

At the core of this program there is a part of functional training and a part of bodybuilding which Monia wanted to personalize according to her own principles, continuing to study and train specifically in female-focused training. 

With the recorded video lessons, you feel free to train with no time constraints: perfect for those who work, have children, and you can easily do it at home with a minimum of essential equipment, without needing large spaces, or at the gym.

They are mostly timed circuits, specifically to allow those who have little time available to train in about an hour.

During the video lessons, Monia explains the correct execution, giving easier alternatives for beginners or strong versions for those who are more trained, and she will show one round of the workout that you will then need to repeat based on her instructions 🙃 just like a real demo class and as if she were there with you, so you won’t feel alone!

Required equipment: adjustable dumbbells, various resistance bands of different strengths, and ankle weights of at least 2.5 kg. The more equipment you have, the better 😉

Thanks to this option, it will feel like doing a gym session, where the client, based on her training level, will perform the basic or strong version of the various exercises and will increase the loads based on the type of workout and her own strength, so as to always provide greater stimuli to the body.

The video lessons follow a weekly schedule designed by Monia. They are not random lessons: these are workouts where you train both in total body and by dividing the different muscle groups—upper, lower, core—which is why they must be done within the week in which she sends them.

New video lessons are sent on Monday morning via email, but you can also download them in your private area here on the website by entering your username and password. You have 7 days available to complete them (always from Monday to the following Monday, when you will receive the new lessons), alternating the two workouts that Monia will send to subscribed clients and repeating them twice, so you can do 4 workouts per week—which she recommends for excellent results—plus two one-hour walks. 

Every Monday the two workouts change, and those from the previous week will NOT be visible anymore, because what Monia has created is a real weekly training program. The lessons must be completed within the current week, so you can stay consistent in your journey without ever postponing!!!

Once the monthly subscription is activated, it will NOT be possible to pause or revoke it for any reason, except at the end of the month.

To continue the program at the end of the month, the package must be renewed, or you will need to purchase the bimonthly video lessons, always here on the website, on the exact expiration date of the previous month, continuing the journey and the continuation of the program.

Once you purchase the subscription, you will receive an email with the downloadable content, i.e., the video lessons for the week, so check your inbox. If it doesn’t arrive by email (check all folders, it may have ended up anywhere), access your private area on the website with your username and password. If you can’t open the link, download the Adobe app to open the PDFs.

From the day you purchase, the lessons for the current week will be visible immediately, and every Monday they will change.

Remember that
 results come with time, consistency, and commitment—not in one month. So if you start a program, you have to believe in it and you have to keep going, otherwise it doesn’t make sense 😉
