The MFM®️ Consultation service consists of a 30-minute video call with Monia, for doubts, questions, requests, and specific needs related to nutrition, training, workout error correction, and choosing the most suitable program (Video Lessons or Personalized Training Plan) based on your needs.
You have half an hour during which you can ask Monia anything related to training and nutrition, whether you are already a client or planning to become one!

The call can be canceled up to one hour before the scheduled time, and you will be able to choose a new appointment. The purchase of the consultation service is non-refundable in case of cancellation and is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
** MFM®️ Consultation: if you can’t find availability in the calendar, don’t worry—you will be contacted to choose the first available date together within 24/48 hours of purchase, or on Monday if you purchase during the weekend.
