The personalized training plan allows those who request it to receive a workout program built and designed tailor-made, based on the physical characteristics of the person purchasing it and their goal.
Therefore, I will create a personalized training plan based on the individual’s physique, available in both a home and gym version, depending on where you choose to train.
I created this option for those who prefer to have a written training plan lasting 5–6–7 weeks (the number of weeks varies based on the program I create, the individual, and the goal), not with video lessons, not circuit-based, but rep-based, designed for those who ARE NOT BEGINNERS, but already have good knowledge of the exercises and know how to approach this methodology, being already familiar with the basic exercises.
Therefore, this option is not recommended for those who have never done this type of training, who can instead opt for the recorded video lessons, which are actual “lessons” where I am present in the videos, explaining the exercises and providing easier alternatives for beginners and the strong version for those who are already trained.
For those training at home, mandatory equipment will be required in order to work effectively and achieve results.
You will need: adjustable dumbbells, adjustable barbell, resistance bands of various intensities, and ankle weights of at least 3 kg per leg (MANDATORY). Pull-up bar, kettlebell, and bench are optional but recommended.
Once the plan is purchased here on the website, within 24 hours you will receive a form to fill out with information requests and photos. (Make sure you have entered your phone number correctly at the time of registration) via WhatsApp!
Since this is a personalized training plan, custom-made for the client and created exclusively by Me, not by collaborators, registrations will be limited. Once the MAXIMUM number is reached, in order to properly follow all clients and provide a high-quality service, registrations will be closed, and I will communicate on social media when new spots become available.
The duration of each training day will be from 90 to 120 minutes, not less, for 3–4 workouts per week, and my programs always include warm-up and stretching.
From the moment you send the completed form with all the data, it will take 10 working days to receive your training plan!

If one month passes without receiving the required information from you to create your training plan, it will no longer be possible to start the program, and the fee paid will be forfeited, making room for people on the waiting list.
