MFM®️ Pregnancy is a training program that accompanies you through all the months of pregnancy, step by step. It is suitable for those who were already training before pregnancy and want to continue exercising, following a personalized program structured by me, based on the trimester of pregnancy.
Because pregnancy is not an illness, and continuing to train allows the body to recover more quickly after childbirth.
My Pregnancy Program can be done both at home and at the gym!
Mandatory equipment required for training at home: adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands of various intensities, ankle weights, and an adjustable barbell.
Once the service is purchased here on the website, a form will be sent to you to fill out, in which I will request important information and your photos, in order to create your training plan.

To start this option, the approval of your gynecologist is MANDATORY, with a medical certificate stating that there are no pathologies or issues with the pregnancy and that you are allowed to train. Without this, I will not be able to create the training plan!
The training plan lasts from 4 to 6 weeks based on the program I create. After that, there will be a photo check and a plan change, with an associated renewal if you wish to continue the journey (no obligation to renew).
Once the plan is purchased here on the website, the payment cannot be revoked for any reason, and it is valid for one month (maximum) within which you must send the required data for the creation of your training plan; otherwise, the amount paid will be forfeited.
